Notes

Principally lead sheets.

"To make these leadsheets, I have used, whenever possible, the following material: Bill Evan's original leadsheets, published sheet music, and transcriptions from recordings."

"In addition to Pascal Wetzel's leadsheets, this book includes seven unrecorded manuscripts ... as well as lyric versions of sixteen tunes ... Bill wrote lyrics for two more. This fake book would not be complete without 'Blue In Green' ... (copyright by Miles [Davis]) ... and ... Denny Zeitlin's 'Quiet Now'"--Title page verso.

Introductory essays by Harold Danko and Bill Kirchner.

Discography follows score.

Errata sheet inserted.

Includes index (cross-referenced with discography).
