"The New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (the "Uniform Code") is formulated by the State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council (the "Code Council") pursuant to Article 18 of the New York State Executive Law. The text of the Uniform Code is found in Title 19 of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations ("19 NYCRR"), Parts 1219 through 1227, and in the publications incorporated by reference in 19 NYCRR Parts 1219 through 1227. The publications incorporated by reference in 19 NYCRR Part 1219 through 1227 include: the 2015 edition of the International Residential Code (the"2015 IRC"), the International Building Code (the "2015 IBC"), the International Plumbing Code (the "2015 IPC"), the International Mechanical Code (the "2015 IMC"), the International Fuel Gas Code (the "2015 IFGC"), the International Fire Code (the "2015 IFC"), the International Property Maintenance Code (the "2015 IPMC"), the International Existing Building Code (the "2015 IEBC") ... (the "2016 Supplement"), and other standards referenced in 19 NYCRR Parts 1219 through 1227."
