Purpose: To identify inflammatory markers in glaucoma patients undergoing ophthalmic surgeries prospectively. Concurrently, assess the prevalence of autoimmune diseases in patients with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) undergoing ophthalmic surgery retrospectively.
